Bhutanese Women need no Quota

Bhutanese Women need no quota because they are more than worth of a quota.  Giving quota indirectly undermines their caliber.

Of recent Bhutanese women and its participation in social and political life was discussed at length. Many have acknowledged that the role of Women in every social activity is vital because they are different from men. Because they are different, they have different needs. And to address the needs, we must have women in decision making positions to adequately address this.
